Hey, kind of new to trading. I was thinking about buying puts on AKRO because it doubled in value in the premarket, but the only puts that I could find required that it dump in price by almost 60% in order for me to simply break even. The whole idea of buying a put is to take advantage of huge unwarranted spikes in a stock's value, right? If the stock must go to LOWER than its "normal" levels in order to break even, doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of buying puts on something that's overvalued? If it had to dump by 20% or 30%, then buy the puts would be worth the gamble, but 56%? You see what I mean?
