Incidentally, remember Chris Waller? The Fed guy that got voted on instead of Judy Shelton? He was head of research at the St Louis Fed just like this Andolfatto guy. Maybe Judy Shelton was the decoy all along, and Chris Waller has already been Ripple's man on the inside since 2014. iirc Waller was also the crypto advisor/visiting professor at a university in Switzerland as well.

my current belief is that, and picrelated spikes were doing some type of isolated testnet on the ledger, where coordinated transactions were allowed to go at the then 25cent benchmark to see if that would affect markets.


peopl are so used to seeing XRP outperformed and label it shitcoin, that if these benchmark tests failed somehow, the ledger wouldnt be affected because of how 'shitty' xrp was i suppose.
