that is not an easy side effect to attribute and pawn off on some mitigating factor, and it is a very very bad one in terms of optics. they won't risk their drug empire having a bunch of kids in wheelchairs a year from now doing tv spots just to get some shitty vaccine revenue.

fixing an issue like this can take years but this is a unique situation. minimum though this puts them probably behind other contenders.
