I've just seen the actual fee chart and it looks good. It's being internally discussed among the team and whale community and those with masternodes will be able to vote to officially pass it once we are in stage 2. I can't share you any links or any major information but I will let you know a few thing in which some you already know.

You will make it holding 1 masternode at 1B daily volume. You wont make millions with 1 MN but comfy enough to retire.
