I've been offered 1 troy pound (16 troy ounces) of junk silver for around $408. Good deal? I love junk silver and if my math checks out, this is a pretty good deal.

16×.9=14.4
408/14.4= $28.34 per troy ounce of silver.

Does my math check out? Do I pull the trigger?
