Does anybody else think LINK will unironically be worth 0.25 BTC sooner or later?

Why do people keep saying this is a shitcoin? I'm honestly curious why you think this. Looking for real arguments here besides: It's the new DGB.

Just read the white paper. My only concern is, what happens to the viability of this project is TLS-N is adopted by data sources? Does this eliminate the need for decentralized oracles entirely, or does it just remove the need for secure oracles?

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand ChainLINK. The concept is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the mechanics will go over a typical bitcoiner's head. There’s also Sergey's hedonistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Olesha's literature, for instance. The linkies understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these connections, to realise that they’re not just practical- they say something deep about Sergey's gut. As a consequence people who dislike LINK truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Sergey's existential catchphrase “Munch Crunch Slurp Slurp” which itself is a cryptic reference to Orwell's epic Animal Farm. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Rory's genius wit unfolds itself on their github screens. What fools.. how I pity them.

And yes, by the way, i DO have a ChainLINK tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the ladyboys’ eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they’re within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

Here is the based logical LINK evaluation get in and listen or stay retarded. LINK has the potential, and google that word if you don't know what it means, to be as huge as ripple or even eth because it is tackling a huge problem that will be worth a lot if solved. The main point here is if it solves the problem. The issue of smart contracts if very broad and might be impossible to solve for quite a few years even so anyone shilling or fudding this coin is obviously retarded unless you plan on holding for years. If you believe in the coin you should shut the fuck up and accumulate for the years to come and if you don't believe in it then you should shut the fuck up and look for better coins.

What time is Sergey on @ Devcon3 later?
Got a feeling Link's gonna pump just like it did @ Sibos.

It's like you don't want to be rich.

Hey everyone, if we are going to support more natural growth we need to start being more active in our ChainLink subreddit. When potential normie investors discover a new coin they will usually check on the coin's subreddit to see how active the community is. Right now we have no quality content on there and if we are going to convince normie investors of the merits of this project we need to start building up who we are as a community. I know we have an awesome community who actually believes in what the team is doing. Let's do our part to help them. Thanks, $LINK senpai~~!

Why does this project only has 2 active working devs? I read the whitepaper and overall it seems solid but only 2 working people on it seems a huge red flag for something that is poised to compete with Ripple.

SWIFT using Hyperledger doesn't mean they couldn't use ChainLink alongside it. ChainLink is designed to work with Hyperledger.

ChainLink works with Hyperledger though, so it's plausible they could use it as middleware.

So who here is waiting for Link and Cyber to hit EtherDelta so we can get some sloppy seconds? I am not ashamed to admit I missed the ICO's for both but I am ready to accumulate huge amounts. We can still make decent profit getting them off EtherDelta before they hit major exchanges.
