If the fake's weight is same as a real bar, then all you have to do is compare thickness. Fake bars with identical/similar weight is always conspicuously thicker.

Here is what they are looking for in the lowest job positions

1. Availability
2. Punctual (on time for work)
3. Work ethic (someone that actually works and doesn't fake it)
4. Able to understand instructions or being taught how to perform work functions at work

This is all they fucking want and I seen countless fucking kids and even adults fail these repeatedly for the last decade. They get hired and flake out within a week because its too hard or interferes with their free time.
