someone make fun of me for thinking it was a good idea to double dip on GME. i feel like an asshole and will feel like even more of one now if it actually moons again next week but i didn't want to risk it after it has dumped so much from the highs this morning.

i was fully prepared to buy the rumor sell the news on the CES shit, but i thought "hey it's gone up so much maybe it will go up even more on the day of?" feels fucking bad man. when it pumps on a rally into ER like you know it will over the next 2 weeks i'll sell, hopefully it breaks $100 on that rally that would be nice. i just own stock so im just waiting.

from now on im just going to DCA into AMD every time it goes under the 200 hour SMA and sell whenever it pumps. it's extremely reliable, my problem is i keep thinking i can hodl because it's a good company when all that means is that it will always go up, but it's constantly going to pump and dump cyclically along the way. it's the ultimate swing trade stock if you look at it historically. i wonder if there are any other stocks similar in that way, eternal upward crab stocks with good volatility and a strong economic moat?

bumpy is fine just buy low sell high. ranges are good if you know it will always break out of the top, just keep buying the bottom and have powder ready to buy more depending on how much it dips on any given time. my problem was i got greedy and didn't sell high because i thought it would go higher like a fucking idiot.

it's not uncomfy to hold, because im guaranteed to make money on it eventually, it WILL hit $100, and beyond. it's just a matter of time. still gonna complain about it in the short term though, still gonna buy more at $88 if it gets there for some dumbass reason.

i prefer to swing trade it. idk why i fomo'd in early at $95 support thinking i could make a quick buck on the trip to $100, that's my bad. basically pic related, i still don't regret it since i can easily DCA several more times if necessary, but i should have at least waited for $92 support to be my starting entry point instead of my 2nd entry point, pic related.

studying in art school is a waste of money, you can literally learn everything for free on the internet, lots of free resources for making shit online too, and most of it is just practice anyways.
