Dont mix things, you aint going for self improvement.

Self improvement trully means you become a better version of yourself, fucking your health, mind and councious is not self improvement.

Trade full time is something stressfull that will fuck your eyes, body, health and conciousness, you have more profits the better at ripping others you be.

We all need to eat, dont need to be humble, just need to assume that you went full ego mode and its fine, but you wont be able to find trully self improvement in that way.
