Exactly they market sell their BTC and ETH so it all ends up in the market again. I do agree that the current state of the market isn't sustainable but I hope regulation in the coming years will solve that. Regulation will mean that privacy coins won't be getting mainstream adoption, ever. ICO's will need to apply strict kyc's and a lot of exchange will have to change their ways or they will be fucked by regulations and after that law enforcement.
