Currently at $0.115 with a $9.7M market cap. Rugproof.
Team has proven to be trustworthy.
Once it pumps, it really does and now people will not want to miss it for the third time.
Very simple project that just makes sense.

The balancer pool aims to maintain a stable price for the assets it holds and the higher the liquidity the more succesful it is. An idea I see rarely discussed here is that we can manipulate the liquidity and use it for our own gain.

When the liquidity is high the balancer is more resistant to price fluctuations. By removing liquidity the balancer becomes weaker and moving the price takes less effort. Basically this can be used to resist dumps but be easier on the pumps by pooling the assumed local tops and unpooling the bottoms.

There are also some secondary bonuses to all this. By pooling your assets you are earning both fees and lowering the risk by speading it on multiple assets. Finally if you've timed the pooling/unpooling right you will earn more tokens too as when the price of an asset is dumping, the balancer will buy more of that by selling the other assets.

The other tokens in the Phoenix pool are relatively stable compared to Statera at the moment so if you time it right, you will see massive gains.

tl;dr
>pool at top for fees, more tokens, less risk
>with higher liquiditity the balancer is more resistent to dumps
>unpool at bottom to get the most from the pump
>less liquidity in the pool makes the balancer weaker and the following pump will be easier
>repeat until STA is worth $100

Do you believe it will go up again? I think it has seen worse times and still recovered and reached new highs. Some nice buys despite the dumping, new exchange listings and more news coming so it's obviously still not an abandoned project.

I would say it's a great time to buy. The gas fees are all over the place though but maybe the CEXes help.

Starting off with basics: market cap = supply x price

As an example for 5,000 supply at $2: $10,000 = 5,000 * $2

Whenever STA is traded between wallets, 1% gets burnt. Now let’s assume two things:

1- Volume of 50,000 STA gets traded, causing 500 STA to get burnt reducing the supply to 4,500
2- Ignore the demand/price force for STA’s utility (for now)

Since we are ignoring demand, the market cap will remain the same. This burn will therefore cause price to increase:

10,000 = 4,500 x p, which means price should theoretically be pushed to 2.22.

This price increase will cause the STA value in Balancer (or Phoenix) to increase, forcing the pool to rebalance. Rebalancing means selling STA and buying the other 4 coins to keep the percentages as initially agreed upon (50 ETH / 20 STA / 10 BTC / 10 SNX / 10 LINK). Now remember, selling STA will cause STA to be burnt again (supply decreasing), causing a ripple effect: the cycle will keep repeating itself at a decreasing rate, even if no further human-triggered trades happen.

If you pool you get the AVERAGE movement of all coins in the index. This could be good in some circumstances. If you hold pure STA you get the movement of STA on its own. This could be good in some circumstances. You need to make a judgement on the future state of the market and position yourself accordingly.

Balancer Labs came through with a reimbursement worth over $1,000,000 making the total amount paid by the Statera team and Balancer Labs over $1,500,000 - three times the worth of the original pool, sealing the Statera as a legit and serious project. Next up: crypto screne picking up the news, articles and Youtube videos by crypto influencers. A top 25 exchange listing is right around the corner, I believe the team waited for Balancer before further announcements.

Ranked 342nd on CMC with a market cap of 23M and price above $0.26.

Wallet https://etherscan.io/address/0xcb3d284995e2ed50f8e9971718f2166a95ff83c2 holds almost the exact amount of WBTC and LINK needed for the refund. The wallet in question is the wallet Balancer uses to distribute the weekly BAL rewards.

Literally happenin now, ETA maybe only few hours, few days at most.

How will the refund affect the price?
Was the whale dump good for Statera?
Comfy level?
Price predictions: EOM, EOY?

My comfy level is around 8/10. The dump was rough but seeing how it was basically only one whale and some small panic sellers it made me more confident for the future. Also +100% up from the bottom, weak hands btfo.

Out of the about 2M STA that was refunded, roughly half of that went to 10 wallets. Guess how many of them sold. Zero.

In the top 50 only 12 wallets sold.

STA is cheap as fuck at the moment, you think people are going to ignore it when the rest of the pool is refunded? Think again. Up to 1.5M USD will be flowing back to the Statera ecosystem. The pump will be the largest we have seen so far.

Out of curiosity I went through 50 wallets that received the largest STA refunds. Here are the stats I gathered:

REFUND TOTAL: 1.89M STA
TOP 50 TOTAL: 1.60M STA
>top 50 wallets received 85% of the whole refund

WALLETS HELD: 38
>roughly 1/4 of the top 50 sold a portion or the whole refund

AMOUNT SOLD: 155k STA
>top 50 wallets sold 8.2% of the total refund

TOP 10 TOTAL: 956k STA
>top 10 wallets received almost exactly 50% of the total refund
TOP 10 SOLD: 0
>they know

Judging by my very unscientific research I would say it's VERY likely that the Balancer refund will cause a significant pump as most of the largest poolers have decided to hold the refunds. Also many of those who sold already own a large amount of STA.
