It has been upped to 50.000 EUR this year. Also all debts (except for mortgages) are deductible and help to keep your tax free capital down.

I have about 70k EUR student debt for example, and about 100k EUR in crypto/stocks/cash.

So I won't have to pay any box 3 (wealth tax) yet.

Also, I didn't know this, but apparently box 3 has 3 "schijven" as well. See pic related. First 72.8k is taxed at 1.789%, up to a million is taxed at 4.185% and over a million at 5.28%. That is quite fucking steep once you are making some money. How are you supposed to beat inflation AND this tax if you are sitting above 1M EUR?
