Its a pretty good deal, they have some major land rights to work with and multiple producing operations that they are proving up. The only worry I would have with them and basically any major miner working in Mexico is that their government sometimes likes to start talking about nationalization to get better deals with companies. It hasnt happened any time recently, but you never know with how this clown world is going. I will be keeping a better eye on this company for sure.
