I'm getting a book as a gift, and want the ultimate "Bible" of either the stock market, bitcoins, investing, or something along these lines that is the BEST book written on how to get me fucking rich in learning Bitcoin markets. Most of the Bitcoin books seem fucking stupid.

Other than Trump, I think his only peer when it comes to generating free publicity and coverage is Madonna... it's been like 40 years and she's still getting coverage...
