I worked on constructions then I worked with festivals and built them for 5 years then I worked on constructions again. Its not chad at all. Every 35+ guy is a burnout alcoholic/fat/bald/drugaddict or the combination is these. Its an intellectual dead end. Worst kind of work environment. But if you do it with family or you are the manager not the muscle then its an ok job.
