We are 3 men in my department and like 10 women.
What I’ve experienced is that it really creates a sort of weird environment.

Like some women only really speak to certain other women, and then it becomes difficult to sort of talk to everyone.

Also it will really vary everyday as to whether certain women show signs of wanting to talk with you or if they show signs of finding you incredibly annoying just for existing.

I feel like these uncertainties make me feel a bit unsafe and tense. Most men are basically the same everyday when it comes to talking to them it’s fine as long as you are not being an idiot wasting their time. And everyone sort of just says hey and is respectful. Like they wouldnt be annoyed with you unless you did something stupid and if so theyd tell you to your face.

I dont know maybe I’m just autismo.
