idk lads i used their tutorial, tried exchanging 0.3 eth to weth, then to their network

Now i have some scuffed 0.3 eth on my metamask that i cant use for anything and pangolin exchange shows this
but metamask wont allow me to go through because >insufficient funds for fees
even if i try to trade less than 0.3eth
