Not really, this is because ordinals are abused to make NFTs and shitcoins. It's not regular transactions causing the congestions. Long-term this will kill Bitcoin because it makes the network unusable. Monero doesn't have this problem.

Get rid of the cash unless you are planning to buy stocks or something when the market crashes. Especially with gold premiums are so low that by the time you might actually need cash for whatever reason you're already in the green.
