That's the one upshot of Gensler. He is knowledgeable about the space, he is pro-technology and that is good for XRP in general. However, he has specifically talked about XRP in the past and he hasn't been bullish about them at all. Now, maybe we see some kind of security definition like a bond or the like but he's been vocal about how he doesn't see XRP as a currency.
