short seller borrows one share and sells to someone, and that someone lends it out to another short seller. Yahoo has been confused for awhile and thinks institution ownership is 152% because of bullshit like this (that one share is recorded as 1 share owned, by two institutions).

Some hedge fund's algo short seller fucked up probably because gamestop is not going bankrupt.
