I want to keep buying stocks but today has got me worried, what are some primo recession stocks I should get, I expect to lose some when the recession hits but I just want to not go full into things like gold. I already have an emergency fund invested in bonds.

I was thinking Wal-mart, Dollar General, Weed Stocks (not for recession but I expect that they will go up in 2020) and possibly some food related stocks.
