Why would people buy higher than the exercise price of those warrants ? Wouldn't be better to just load up under that price (0,27usd) until they expire so you are not being dumped on. There are also quite a lot on bagholder with a large float. I might even expect a reverse split to enter big exchanges.

I have a genius idea for an app/website. How would I go about making this a reality? Basically need to create a website to check if something is nearby using your location and it’ll spit out user generated details. Website will also be used to build a community as well. Revenue will come from add across the nation (USA), yes seriously - this is how popular it will be.

Don’t want to give too much away. Are website/apps a pipe dream?

Complete noob here, i dont know any coding languages but i want to create a website. I dislike having an idea but no tools to implement them so I want to learn. The basic idea is a news website with ads for revenue and a subscription model.

99% chance this will not work but I want to try it out.

I want to actually own the website not use some web builder. I have several questions:

1. Where do I start
2. How do I register and own the website
3. How do I learn about SEO and generating ad revenue
4. How do I set up a money payment portal
5. Say I want the website to include user accounts where people can register with Google or Facebook accounts how do I implement that

I feel overwhelmed with all the things I need to learn but for once in my fucking life I want to try
