There are bandwagoners on this thread who still think that cryptocurrency is the next WWW despite having little to no useful services. The only use is to potentially send money without a middleman (which will never happen in a free, unregulated market, since people will expect the price to go up or down due to random speculation).

This is the last denial bounce, and is dropping as we speak. I made a lot of money just by capitalilzing upon this grand ponzi scheme. As soon as my taxi driver started telling me about BTC, I shorted the fuck out of it on leverage, and 6Xed my money again, while most of you 'HODL'ers fell for the herd mentality on noob sites like plebbit and achieved a 70-80% loss. I saw millionaires here being turned into 200Kaires and people with 10K go down to 2K. Have fun emotionally attaching yourself to a shitty market, while I and my banker friends continue to make money off the swings using trading strategies on leverage. Keep HODLing idiots.

BTC is a zero-sum game and the only reason people are investing in it isn't because they believe in its long-term store of value but for short-term fiat gains. Honestly where do you see bitcoin, ltc, eth in 20 years? Who thinks the dumb amount of wealth being made, is pushing people to buy; Thus rising the price. Do you think it will finally plateau for a while and people will sell, crashing the price down to 2-3k making people freak and sell crashing vaporware to become valueless? Whats up with the bubble theory?

This is for discussing how to survive/gain from a crypto market crash

Scenario 1: Crash happens, but status quo restores itself
At the start of the crash be holding 1/2 BCH in Jaxx wallet and 1/2 fiat on Coinbase. Buy LTC and ETH at the bottom and hold them. Using Jaxx onboard shapeshift trade BCH for BTC at the bottom.

Scenario 2: Crash happens, BCH replaces BTC
Same as before except hold BCH instead

Scenario 3: Crash happens, and Bitcoin is king again but irreparably weakened
Don't do anything differently

All of this assumes that 1) the crash is caused by Tether so you can't use a Tether-based exchange and 2) BCH will boom before anything else because it is seen as the "opposition" to Bitcoin and by extension the instability that caused the crash.

Anyone buying/holding right now is out of their mind. Get out now. Final warning

I advice everyone here to get out of crypto now and wait until january next year to reenter the market.
