My first 5 years were spent in shipping and receiving of another board game company but I didn't do any of the real managerial stuff. I've had a bit more experience with that since coming to this company but it's definitely a step up. I never expected to be in this kind of situation, I figured I would be in a factory my whole life but now I'm getting flown out to conventions.

Thanks, I'm going to be directly replacing a director and since our company is so small I'll be defining my own job. I've always been a fan of smaller businesses because of the chance to grow, and this board game company happens to be one of the strong contenders for the following years.
