Schwab ratings are purely quantitative, you can look at a company's valuation and pretty much know how Schwab is going to rate them.

Morningstar is very similar, I don't like either of their analyses. Also CFRA I have a problem with. I like Credit Suisse because they've made me money.

Neither of these are bad for the stock market. You could make the case that they're bad for America, but they would be good for the market after some weak hands are shaken out.
President Pence means a steady hand, no late night tweets about China. President Biden means reversing tariffs and attempting to accelerate globalization (good for the giant corporations that make up the stock market).
