i think Sams gumroad content has been his best shit yet. its always been easy to misunderstand him but hes got the best intentions and one of the only true "artists" i can think of. i dont think his plan was to have hyde wars be solely preaching advice nor would he want to be considered that. hes using his medium and offering his advice in the most direct way possible.

For anyone wondering about the 51% issue it also exists on blockchain and when monero gets larger adoption this will become impossible. And in case it does happen, the community can hard fork to an older version of the blockchain and work on a solution to avoid it in the future.
