At peak hours right after raid times, sure. It's not that dumb, the game feels very alive when spots are shared. Most quests you obviously don't have to wait, but it's was a roughly 6 minute event of waves. It's not really something you can share especially as the quest is coded specifically so that nobody can help you and if they do there is a guy called the cleanser who comes in and just kills everyone.
Sometimes I wish the raids and dungeons were more like everquest where they aren't instanced, but I think there would be too much grief or waiting unfortunately so I am glad it isn't because fuck that on any server with population above 100.
You'd be surprised to find that servers still get many thousands of people online at the same time. Not so coincidentally due to server merges from a lowering population, but in the past months it has been growing a lot again.
