I honestly don't know. It's a $0.50 cent stock and I own $3 of it maybe? There are "recommendations" listed after the heading statements suggesting "For" to the 4 questions asked. Far be it from me to suggest this to be a 100k cap but I'm not gonna be looking at this stock much since I haven't bought any tobacco yet, so feel free to hijack it. I'll post any other info I have lol. They've sent me a booklet piece and previous letter concerning the "actual numbers".
