They've definitely been successful in rolling out fiber optic backbone equipment. Hard to say what their future holds, but if you're bullish on developing internet infrastructure, it's a good bet.

I'll be investing a bit this next week after seeing it mentioned here. I'll admit that I wasn't even aware they were publicly traded despite working with their equipment almost every day.
