No, that's maintenance margin - if you want to hold a position for the 1 hour of downtime between trading sessions or over the weekend. Trading days are 23 hours with a 1 hour break.
$2-3k and you can trade a single contract and have room for drawdown. Just remember to get out ten minutes before the session ends.
