As a miner I am against the EIP but from a developer perspective, fixing gas auctions is pretty necessary. It is an ERC20 token which is compatible with existing exchanges. It is designed to be traded. And no, it isn't a currency, it's basically a more rare and exclusive type of karma. This means any faggot who wants to buy or sell their faggy super-karma has to not only buy ETH, they have to spend it to transact the token.
