Why would you lie about that? I mean it's easily disproved when we get shares shortly, as part of the process of CH11, a successor changes their CUSIP. If, and we know from the lawyers fees statements they intent to presvere the NOL, (here's a nice picrel of said fees). That if this is the case then shareholders must be made whole, which would indicate that we do indeed still have value in equity of the successor.

Just so there is no kvetching over this, for NOL's to be preserved they must make shareholders whole. If this is as suspected a butterfly transaction then the company is going to preserve them, Butterfly-20230823-DK is not the company name.
