Because of a retard in this thread >>9551723 I want to explain why Skycoin actually has a genuine economic model that can work for it to be used as a currency, where unlike BTC now and BCH in the future people will actually use the Skycoin network to make payments, theoretically if adoption happens why this is better.

Deflationary = supply is capped
Inflationary = supply is uncapped

A deflationary currency will theoretically only increase in value over time since it's scarce. Bitcoin = digital gold. An inflationary currency is something that will keep decreasing in value as more enters the system.

Now we know inflationary currencies don't actually work because of situations we now have with banks, the ones that control supply.

We also know deflationary currencies don't work and BTC illustrates that yet again, as gold it might do fine, but not as a currency. it is because my money will theoretically only grow in value over time, there's no incentive for me to spend it when next year it will be 2x as much as the year before.

Skycoin is a deflatoniary currency that produces an inflationary currenct called Coinhours, 1 coinhour per skycoin per hour.

This way people will hold Skycoin and generate coinhours, the skycoin they can hold as its deflationary and no-one even wants to spend it because they're economically incentivized to hold, and the coinhours due to their inflationary nature will keep decreasing in value, so it makes sense to get rid of them, spending them on goods and services since there's no incentive to hold them.

The beauty why coinhours will work is because now we have a currency that whom's supply can't be manipulated, it is fixed by a rule of math unlike the banking cartel.

And this is just 1 of the reasons why Skycoin unironically, economically will be the only currency in crypto that could work for what it is meant to be, fulfilling the satoshi vision.
