Even though I have it, I used to think ADHD was just a meme, but apparently it has been around in the medical literature for a century. As for me, I joined the military in an technology support role, which has been pretty good till I had to dodge the COVID vax crap. After I get out, I will try to transition to an IT role involving "adventure" -- lots of travel or remote sites, hopefully, as I cannot stand routine office work. I guess WFH would be good too as an alternative, at least then I can deal with distractions in private.
