They are breaking the law because they can't maintain the integrity of the system without collapsing like dominoes. They were overleveraged and now they can't sustain the losses. And you think this won't catch up to them? When powerful people break the law they burn through something called "political capital". Banks are very adamant about being bailed out in secret because every since 2008 that is a dirty word. Americans hate going to war because we all learned what a zionist jew canard Iraq and Afghanistan were. They cashed in their political capital and now they cannot do so again.
The rich can't just walk up and counterfeit a company's ownership and then walk away. No more than the president could murder someone on live tv and expect to avoid being arrested. It causes problems whether you like it or not.

I don't hate wagies. I definitely enjoy the camaraderie of everyone who hates having to work and being underpaid in a country that basically strangles any hope you have of living a comfortable life.
Real estate. Health insurance. Having to pay for private school to keep your kids safe from blacks. 15% inflation. Student Loans. Porn, feminism, faggotry to top it all off. This whole country needs to be upended and fixed, with those in power being shoved into wood chippers so they can have no part in building whatever comes next.

Unfortunately one of the bad guys in the equation is the SEC. Our company is no doubt being hamstrung by litigation. GME did a share-dividend and this was THE kill shot for shorties. I have no doubt that anything else orchestrated by the management could be legally tenuous. ESPECIALLY given the fact that Wallstreet/Banks are literal mobsters. There is good reason the brunt of the work is being hoisted upon retail because WE have the bodies and the political force to demand the law be enforced. We do not want our investment or its management getting into legal troubles.
The shorts had fair warning: vacate the short position of we inject forced leverage into your positions via a share dividend. They refused and now they essentially have AIDS. Now all we need to do is let management build the company and let retail claim what is rightfully ours. There is no more wiggle room for litigation. And the hedgies can mobilize lawyers against the shareholders who are all in a revolutionary mood. cross party lines, racial lines, etc. People would love nothing more than to stuff Wallstreet into a wood chipper and they would think it's funny. THAT is what the hedgies get to contend with. THAT is what the DOJ has to bluff and pretend that nothing illegal is happening.
Management played it perfectly. Shorts have NO RIGHT to counterfeit out investments. They need to close their positions and I actually don't give a fuck if they need to be lined up against a wall and shot in order to enforce the law. And if they government is unable to enforce the law then they too need to step down so we can appoint someone who can. It's really not that complicated.

He is literally alluding to regulatory agencies cock blocking his business plans because a certain company naked shorted a stock that they can't get out of without going bankrupt and forcing billions-potentially trillions of dollars of losses onto the DTCC and the entirety of the global financial system due to the counterparty risk of their off balance sheet derivative exposures.
Imagine if you bought a house and you found out that a squatter moved into your attic during the closing process. You call the cops and tell them the guy is tresspassing and they cops refuse to do anything because he would then be homeless. The person is essentially a criminal and you can't force him to leave, despite him shitting and pissing all over the place, and the cops are basically forcing you to tolerate his presence.
I think we all know what this means. MOASS and infinity pool are essentially real. This level of criminality is hitting almost comedic levels of absurdity. The homeless squatter is basically looking out of the attic window and throwing feces and it is landing all over the faces of the police, the feds, the regulatory bodies. Basically everyone whose job it is to enforce the law, ensure fair play etc have all be caught dead to rights in a dangerously corrupt trading practice. This is a class "Who watches the watchmen" scenario, one that is so obvious that the trillions of dollars bouncing around Wallstreet are obviously just being stolen/pilfered. It's basically a racket and we all need to stop pretending this country isn't a complete and total disaster that can only be solved with a woodchipper.

You're in luck, faggot. Everyone seems to be in the mood to solve some fucking problems these days.
I personally invest in pitchforks, torches, and industrial shredders.
