question about short-term/long-term gains tax
i buy a share of XYZ today, then in 6 months, i buy another share of XYZ. a year from now when i sell a share of XYZ, how is it taxed? when you sell, do you get taxed long-term as long as you have an eligible share that's been held for 1 year? or is there some kind of memory associated with it and they pull up the most recent share you bought, which in this case would only have been 6 months

If you do that it will be comedy gold. Take good notes and write a book about it.

The risk is you are exposed as a fraud and future potential employers find out and you get no more jobs that don’t involve burgers.

Hey I have a question for whoever can answer: I just checked one of my ethereum wallets and noticed it was randomly send 777 of this INS token to my address.

I googled this INS token and noticed that they are offering 360 of these tokens for 1ETH at the moment. https://tokensale.ins.world

Why was I sent 2 ETH of these tokens for free? The tokens came from this address, which seems to be sending out 777 tokens to many addresses https://etherscan.io/token/0x52903256dd18d85c2dc4a6c999907c9793ea61e3?a=0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000

Can anyone help me make sense of this?

I know that this isn't free money, I am just genuinely curious why this happened. Was it someone who mistakenly entered my address? Or is this a tactic used by ICOs to try to get people to invest into their ICO?

Why is BCC mooning for weeks now?

I've heard this theory that a lot of miners supporting 2x right now will join BCC. Is that a real possibility?
