I am interested in outsourcing programmers from Russia and essentially reselling their services here, in the UK while adding a considerable profit margin.

I do not any kind of experience, so I am not sure where to start, and also I am not sure how saturated the market is. inb4 Pajeet and Patel are mentioned

- Have good starting capital > 200k GBP
