soo uhh how is an oracle automated to work? lets say an insurance smart contract pays a customer his money back if his flight is delayed.

how does the oracle know that the flight is delayed? do i have to manually vote on my staked node that the flight got infact delayed or is this process somehow automated? so im permanently "working" to get paid in link?

so how many nodes do have to vote yes in order for the smart contract to kick in? what if i vote wrong? my collateral gets rekt or what? if i always vote right then my reputation gets better?
