Hmm interesting. So if I start at cash app, buy bitcoin from them. I have my personal identity tagged onto that coin. And anytime I spend it, the banksters if there interested could probably know that suddenly I withdrew to my personal wallet. And then if I started giving that bitcoin to my mom, my waiter as a tip, my local klan leader as a donation. The IRS is definitely coming for me correct? Because bitcoin is transparent ledger. No wonder people dumping monero for bitcoin don’t charge much peer to peer because either your identity is tied with the bitcoin or you went thru extra annoying steps like coinjoin/mixers already to get your coin cleaned so you can buy private monero with it and not have the IRS, government, bank, media tracking your net worth anymore. I’m beginning to think that just straight cash app, directly peer to peer is a much better option than buying bitcoin then transferring it. Hell even the pay with credit card options peer to peer I’d say have less identity tied to them than buying bitcoin from a central bank or exchange.
Direct peer to peer credit card or cash app transactions are gifts to your peers because they are struggling. And I guess if you pay a peer money with Venmo/cash app/credit card your donating. And if the IRS is interested in taxing that you can just file it as “donation” and pay your taxes that way right?

Is there anything beneficial to me to going full green and runni mg fully public full node? Probably not. Just something you do out of goodness of your heart because you believe in the principles of people controlling their own money and not the banks. Which I am one of those people.
