How much can we expect ITM to drop when the bond market kicks the bucket within the next six months? 10%? That would set it back a few years (very slow and low volitility bond). Same question for TLT. I expect TLT’s price to come down much more percentage wise than IMT. As for the expiration dates on my puts, I’m thinking I should buy some puts for around Nov or December, since it seems a lot of this economic down turn may happen in September and October.
Would it be better to buy some short term and some long term puts on both though, say August and Dec?
