It's a night and day difference. When I'm "reacted" I struggle with simple shit like eye contact (I physically CANNOT hold it), hearing what people say properly (have to keep asking), extreme social anxiety, stuttering, severe brain fog etc. It was an absolute nightmare. My whole life was basically at a standstill, as you can imagine. It was only when I started fasting and the symptoms went away that I knew I wasn't just permanently sperged. I'm approaching normalcy now.

I can't recommend Epsom Salt baths enough if you suspect you have issues with sulfation. It's also worth looking into gluten/casein as cutting these out helped the 'tism a lot too. Caseomorphins are a nightmare in sensitive individuals.
