I can't get it out of my head. How are transfers exceeding for example $100M done? Take the government as an example. If the budget for current year states that military gets $800bn who EXACTLY hands them the money? Is there some government employee who just does a bank transfer? What if someone just said 'lol lmao" and transferred it to his own account in some Caribbean shithole? Maybe that's an exaggeration, but I can't see how this can be bulletproof.
