SENT was good at .000007 ETH when the first posts were being made about it.
Harmony is questionable since one of the founders took off to be a cuck to his fat pregnant wife.

LINK is solid but because they grew so fast they've had to dump a lot of tokens to make new hires so that's stagnating the growth and shaking weak hands.

But if you're actually 70% down that's your own fault for buying tops. The point of watching /biz/ shilling is to identify a gem before it get's pumped and dumped that way you can buy the bottom and if you miss the dump at least you're still within a reasonable margin of error and can buy the dip to average out your entry point.
