i bet he shares that documentation with the central banks they work with. my theory is that there's something in the genesis block that shows how the 100 billion was allocated to china, Fed/ECB/BoE/BoJ/Bank of China/maybe a few other banks and IMF/BIS

imo it's almost certainly something related to allocation that is hidden in the genesis block
