Its a very sophisticated chatbot.
I can observe 3 conditions, though there maybe others.
1) It always responds to quotes.
2) It can not break context of the chainlink subject. All keywords will be directed to chainlink (negatively).
3) the only exception to #2 is to insult the poster, in which the content will be twisted into an insult (often with chan-specific flavoring)
4) (not sure about this one) but I cannot track anons cross thread or with new ids will do more testing.
