At the adress there are one single room rented for one-man low-cost entepreneur "law firm" with poor website and almost no info at all

doesn't that sound little bit weird that company like this, holding multi-million dollar funds, keeps their "head quarters" at the some shady-looking old apartment block

sounds like russian money-laundering project to me. Really, this kind of project start-ups EVEN with smaller amounts usually have legit offices and open business-plan,

this looks shady to me. too shady.
