alright cunts, need advice.
> australian.1 wife, 2 kids, dog.
> have a house, valued at $875k approx. mortgage of $493k. small house, big block.
> have investment, valued at $690k approx. mortgage of $270k. rented at $500/w.
> repairs are fucking me over with the unit. have to pay $11k/year for 3 years for a new roof.
> kinda over my job. pays well ($135k before tax) but I have 27 staff to look after. wife is on mat leave.
> a bit of cash. 3 month emergency fund level.

should I sell the unit for $700k, and just have a house close to paid down, or stick it out? kinda tempted to sell investment, take 3 months to reset, do a little holiday, and then look for a shit kicker job. have worked non-stop for 19 years and don't wanna turn into a boomer who only goes on holidays when they're old and dumb.
