From what I understand, he got rekt overleveraging housing and now his entire career revolves around telling people his mistake from 30 years ago.

That's like getting rekt on bitmex and then selling courses on how to DCA. He has solid advice and everything and I'm jealous of the empire hes built but the whole story is really lame if true.

I would rather listen to the guy at the top of my pic rel than the bottom guy but that's just me
