Yeh it was announced, well done. Everyone had 2 weeks to rush and get their tokens swapped. Using a buggy swap solution. The timing is the issue, one minute nebulas is telling investors that they have all the time in the world to swap, the next they announce 2 weeks to swap! and release some shitty swap solution where one guy has to manually approve your swap leaving many going 72+hrs until its finalized.
