You can literally work for the feds, or any state government agency. You'll also get a higher GS (payscale) rating due to your time in service. Build up your trading account with your job and VA gibs. Continue to say that your conditions are worsening at VA appointments to get that 100% rating (36k a year). Things like general anxiety disorder, muscle spasms, sciatica, are common military issues. Just make sure you tell the doc that they were a result of military service. And then retire comfortably when you can earn enough passive income between gibs and trading.

You can find some charts to see what the normal blood pressure ranges are. Pay attention to the "pulse pressure" as well. It's the difference between the systolic and diastolic. It can indicate some heart issues if it's too high or low. But get some blood work done. You shouldn't be getting dizzy and that's the first thing your provider look at.
